Some items and situations can add to the cost, such as additional labour ($70 per hour per person), mattresses, tyres and gas bottles. We’ll let you know upfront if anything applies.

Where possible, we sort and recycle materials such as metal, cardboard and reusable items in line with local guidelines.

We can’t take hazardous liquids or materials such as paint, fuels, oils, pesticides, pressurised containers, bio-hazard items or asbestos. If you’re unsure, send us a photo and we’ll advise.

Yes. We remove items from inside rooms, upstairs areas and garages. You don’t need to move anything outside before we arrive.

Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our 9 cubic metre truck (minimum pickup, ¼ load, ½ load, ¾ load or full load). We’ll confirm the load size before we start.

We commonly remove furniture, appliances, boxes, general clutter and bulky household rubbish in one visit.
